How was the HJPC BiH established?

The Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed the Law on HJPC BiH at the session of the House of Representatives, held on 11 May 2004, and the session of the House of Peoples, held on 21 May 2004, pursuant to Article IV. 4. a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
