HJPCBiH appointed holders of judicial positions
During second day of the meeting held on 13 to 15 June 2010, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPC BiH) in Neum, delivered decisions on appointments of judicial office holders in BiH.
For Brčko District BiH region appointments of the following judges were made:
- Radić Jelena, position of judge at the Magistrate Court in Brčko District;
- Savić Nebojša, assistant judge at Magistrate Court in Brčko District;
- Mitrović Dragan, assistant judge at Magistrate Court in Brčko District.
Also appointed at the meeting for positions in FBiH were:
- Hadžimehmedović Indira, president of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla;
- Gavrankapetanović-Salihović Begzada, president of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Kragulj Branka, president of the Municipal Court in Sanski Most;
- Zeljko Mile, judge at the Cantonal Court in Siroki Brijeg;
- Đurić Milica, judge at the Cantonal Court in Gračanica;
- Sotirov Ana, judge at the Cantonal Court in Visoko;
- Sinanović Senad, judge at the Cantonal Court in Žepče;
- Mustafić Nesib, judge at the Cantonal Court in Konjic;
- Mesić Dijana, judge at the Cantonal Court in Bihać;
- Bakula Ivana, judge at the Cantonal Court in Kiseljak;
- Martinović Martin, judge at the Cantonal Court in Ljubuško;
- Jerkić Snježana, judge at the Cantonal Court in Širokom Brijeg;
- Šabić Nina, regular judge at the Cantonal Court in Kakanj;
- Šljuka Nedžad, assistant judge at the Cantonal Court in Kakanj.
The following appointments of judges and prosecutors have been carried out for the Republika Srpska region:
- Majinović Nada, president of the District Commercial Court in Bijeljina;
- Ivanović Veselinka, judge at the Magistrate Court in Sokolac;
- Zekić Mladenka, judge at the Magistrate Court in Vlasenica;
- Radović Željka, deputy chief prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office in Doboj;
- Slavko Krulj, deputy chief prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office in Doboj;
- Šoše Jasmin, deputy chief prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office in Eastern Sarajevo;
- Cepić Snježana, assistant judge at the Magistrate Court in Prijedor;
- Stanković Dragica, assistant judge at the Magistrate Court in Prijedor;
- Prelo Maja, legal officer at the Magistrate Court in Trebinje;
- Šanjević Boris, legal officer at the Magistrate Court in Trebinje;
At the time the Decision on Appointments was, the HJPC BiH had taken into consideration criteria such as: expert knowledge, working experience and performance results; skills based on results in the career so far; ability to carry out his/her duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within his/her function subject of application, interpersonal skills, conduct outside work, professional impartiality, respect and experience at leading positions.
The appointed judicial office holders will assume their duties on 1 July 2010 except for Kragulj Branka, the President of the Court in Sanski Most, who will start with work on 4 July 2010.
