    The HJPCBiH appointed judicial office holders

    04.02.2010.

    At the session held on 27 and 28 January 2010 continued on February 3, 2010 in Sarajevo, the HJPCBiH delivered decisions on appointments of the following judicial office holders in the Federation BiH: 

    1. Goran Salihović,  President of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo;
    2. Zdenka Filipović, President of the Municipal Court in Čapljina; 
    3. Boris Galić, judge at the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg; 
    4. Nina Makivić, judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica; 
    5. Dragana Đerić-Cerović, judge at the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša; 
    6. Darko Župarić, judge at the Municipal Court in Orašje; 
    7. Amina Ademović, assistant judge at the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo; 
    8. Dragutin Ivanović, assistant judge at the Municipal Court in Orašje; 
    9. Amela Durić, assistant judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla; 
    10. Halida Buljugić, assistant judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla; 
    11. Nermina Omazić, assistant judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla; 
    12. Vesna Ćavar, chief prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Široki Brijeg; 
    13. Vesna Kaknjo, chief prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Zenica; 
    14. Vesna Bjelošević, deputy chief prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Zenici; 
    15. Redžo Delić, deputy chief prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Zenica; 
    16. Enes Kamenica, deputy chief prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Sarajevo; 
    17. Meliha Bungur, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Sarajevo; 
    18. Amina Ruždić, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Sarajevo; 
    19. Biljana Golijanin, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Sarajevo; 
    20. Ivanka Stanić, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Orašje; 
    21. Namik Jusufhodžić, prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in  Bihać;

    The HJPC BIH has also delivered decisions on appointments of the following functions in Republika Srpska:

    1. Vitomir Soldat, chief prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka; 
    2. Sead Žarić, deputy chief prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka; 
    3. Pane Gavrić, judge at the Magistrate Court in Prijedor.

    At the same session the following persons were appointed to the positions in Brčko District BiH:

    1. Slavo Lakić, deputy chief prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office in Brčko District; 
    2. Radmilo Ivanović, prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office in Brčko District BiH.

    The HJPCBiH delivered decision to repeat job advertisement for the position of the chief prosecutor at the Republic Prosecutor's Office of Republika Srpska and deputy chief prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office in Trebinje.

    In the course of making appointments, the HJPC BiH has taken into consideration criteria such as: relevant skills, work experience and performance results; expertise based on results during career so far; ability to conduct his/her duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the framework of the function he/she is applying for; interaction with colleagues, conduct outside the place of work, professional impartiality, reputation and experience at leading positions.  

    Appointed holders of judicial office will assume their duties on 1 March 2010.
