On 13^th September 2024, the Cantonal Court in Livno issued a decision granting the suspect’s defense attorney’s motion, in such a way that custody ordered against the suspect I.R. (61) by the decision of this court No. 10 0 K 006548 24 Kpp of 29^th August 2024 terminates, and the suspect is to be released immediately.
