    The Cantonal Court in Livno is the highest instance of the judiciary in Canton 10. Under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Court in Livno is the Municipal Court in Livno with its divisions in Tomislavgrad and Drvar.

    At the end of 2023, 531 cases remained unresolved in the Cantonal Court in Livno. During the first half of 2024, Cantonal Court in Livno received 490 cases, so that a total of 1.021 cases were pending. In the first half of 2024, a total of 680 cases were resolved, while in the same period last year 585 cases were resolved, which is 95 cases or 16,24% more. At the end of the first half of 2024, 341 cases remained unresolved, while at the end of the first half of 2023, 512 cases remained unresolved, which is 171 cases or 33,40% less than at the end of the first half of 2023.

    The achieved collective norm of the court for the first half of 2024 is 126,96%. Almost all judges of this court achieved over 100% of the average annual norm for this period.

    The average duration of 680 resolved cases is 170 days, which is 86 days less than in the same period of 2023, when the average duration of cases was 256 days.

    According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2024, the obligation to resolve 82 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2024, the obligation to resolve a total of 228 cases has been determined. On 30th June 2024, 228 cases from the Case Resolution Plans for the first and the second quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from the plans is 100%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 42 cases or 51% were resolved, and 40 cases remained unresolved.
