    A workshop was held on filling out new forms for reporting on the assets and interests of holders of judicial functions

    On 12th September 2024, the Center for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of Federation of BiH (CEST FBiH) and the Center for Education of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Srpska (CEST RS), in cooperation and with the support of the EU4Justice Project – Phase II, organized a workshop on filling out new forms for reporting on the assets and interests of holders of judicial functions. Namely, after the adoption of the Amendments to the Law on the HJPC in September 2023, which prescribed the content of the new form, the Rulebook on the reporting of assets and interests with the accompanying form was adopted and published in February 2024, after which at the recently held session in July, the HJPC adopted the Instructions for filling out the form, with a deadline for filling out and submitting it from 1st October to 31st December 2024.

    As a result, and with the aim of correctly understanding the purpose, structure and way of filling out the new form, as well as removing any doubts that may arise when filling out the forms, a workshop was organized for judges and prosecutors of judicial institutions in Mostar at the "Mepas" hotel, at which the workshop was led by the president of the Cantonal Court in Široki Brijeg Katica Artuković, the judge of the Basic Court in Banja Luka Marela Jevtović and Drino Galičić, deputy project manager.
