The preliminary proceedings judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno in the criminal case against the suspect Ante Milanović from Livno, because of the criminal offence of Serious Criminal Offences against the Safety of Traffic under Article 336, Paragraph 2 as read with Article 333, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the presence of the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, has examined a motion for custody of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno and decided to place the suspect Ante Milanović in custody for a period of 1 (one) month, which starts from 30^th August 2015 at 3:00 hrs, so the custody under this decision may last until 30^th September 2015 at 3:00 hrs or until a new decision of the Court.
